She was pleasant, quiet and got the job done. She was very patient with my dog. You really should move her up in your picture lineup so it looks like you don’t discriminate against females…even though she is one out of (maybe) twenty male technicians! ☹️
Steve was professional, extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Also, he was emphatic to our present medical situation with my wife under Hospice care and it’s impact on decisions both financial and impact with our home, regarding present and future decisions.
