Nick and his team were great! Very professional, friendly, and thorough. They answered all of our questions and made the process of purchasing a new heater and AC unit painless. I really appreciate that they cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave trash laying around. We will definitely being using Cool Ducts for any future needs!
The Home Warranty service was awful scheduled the work on a Sunday when the furnace company was closed and never sent paperwork. Maria in the office at Cool Ducts fit us in because we had no heat and got us in quickly and even helped me talked to the warranty company (plus referred me to a better one) to get everything moving quickly. The guy who came to fix the furnace was also great and quick plus explained and showed me what was wrong. Thank you Cool Ducts! I 100% recommend.
Update: part had to be ordered, but the girl in the office went out of her way to find a local warehouse that had it so that our repair time was cut down from several weeks to three days!! Thank you!!! Cruz came and fixed the furnace and was just as nice as the first time. Cruz was very polite and professional when he came to look at our furnace. He diagnosed and ordered the parts faster than the last company the home warranty people sent out over 3 weeks ago! I would highly recommend your company!
