After we decided to switch HVAC companies, Ken came out to complete our annual furnace maintenance. He also adjusted the wiring configuration and electronics so that our 2 stage Lennox furnace would operate using both stages. He also fixed our humidifier which hadn’t worked since it was installed in February by a different company. Happy to find a service company that truly takes care of its customers.

I wish I could give Zach at Northern Star 10 stars! He was friendly, professional and quick at replacing our 20+ year old AC unit which had been limping along in this near 100 degree heat. He has excellent communication skills and a good sense of humor! If/when anyone asks for a recommendation, he's your guy! Keep up the amazing work!

None of us ever want to have to replace an A/C unit, but when it came time, we knew who to call. We appreciate their good communication, honest pricing, long-term employees (nice to see the same faces over the years), and overall quality and timeliness of service. Have used Northern Colorado Air in the past for other needs and have always been happy. Keeping it local as much as we can is also important, and since they've been in town as long as I can remember, we know we can count on them.
