The bid process was easy and Mike’s knowledge of the pros and cons of various materials was extremely helpful in deciding what to do. Best of all they found a major problem with the ductwork in our crawl space. The HVAC company had just been out for a spring check-up, but didn’t see that the main duct in the crawl space that connects to all the individual ducts in the house had fallen down about 6” and was no longer connected to any floor registers in that half of the house. We were delighted to have them fix this.\nOnly negative is that they are so busy it was hard to get on their schedule!\nJob very well done. Would highly recommend.“

“GTS was amazing when we bought our register covers! They were going to arrive on the truck but never got loaded. Brenda knew how bad we needed them so she found a manager in Greeley who agreed to drive to Denver and deliver to FTC! They close at 4:30 but Brenda stayed until they arrived and we went to get them. On our way home I realized I forgot my phone so Brenda stayed until we drove back to get my phone!! Incredible customer service!!!“

“To comment on Claire B. Comment- Colorado Heating and Air and Perco Heating and Air( Tony) are NOT THE SAME COMPANY. We have experienced the same type of result with Tony at Perco Heating and Air and would not recommend him to anyone. Colorado Air Tech is a wonderful company who has done multiple Duct cleanings on our house and Service/ Installations on many of my friends and family's homes. They are prompt, professional and family owned. I felt the need to clarify that these companies are not related what so ever. Colorado Air Tech does not deserve a bad rep! THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!!“
