They donated the used furnaces to families in need who could not afford new furnaces. They arranged for a licensed electrical contractor to upgrade the electrical panels in my old building and coordinated with them throughout the installation.

“I would highly recommend Mercury Heat & Air. Our AC stopped working. We called Mercury and they sent somebody out that day to diagnose the problem. So many diagnostic services are a glorified sales pitch. But not their diagnostic! Their diagnostic was thorough and Taylor, the first technician to come out, really seemed to be trying to solve our problem and figure out what was wrong with our unit. Thankfully, he did find the problem and the very next day, Taylor, Ray, and Todd came out to repair our AC unit and get it working again.
