“Highly recommend Saddletree as a builder. As a military family we've owned and rented multiple homes over the last 20+ years and this was our first new build. We've been in our new Saddletree home less than one month and I'm happy to provide a review of our excellent experience with this builder. Jordan, our sales rep, is a five-star communicator. He made sure we stayed informed at every point in the build and is still responsive to all of my texts/emails after closing. Ashlyn was in charge of design, setting up and attending most of our design appointments and keeping our budget in mind when making recommendations on finishes. She also happily set up and attended a few revision appointments. Josh, the construction manager (not sure on exact title) was nearly always available to walk us through the build site anytime we wanted to stop by or take measurements for furniture, etc., and we were always involved when on-site decisions needed to be made. He's also communicated since closing and even stopped by to check in on how things are going, helping with a couple minor issues above and beyond his scope of responsibility.

At pre-closing the home was near perfect, with very few touch ups required, and so far we have a pretty short list for the 60-day touch up, with no major issues. We are very happy with this purchase and will recommend Saddletree to others looking to build or buy.“

When we moved to Colorado Springs in 1984 from Maryland my parents were looking for a house to rent. Merit was great in helping my parents find a nice house on Galley Rd near Peterson AFB. We were there until 1987 when my parents moved to Minnesota under P.C.S. orders. I, on the other hand enlisted in the Army in 1986.“
