The team at Flying Horse have been extremely helpful throughout my divorce sale. They have kept the highest level of professionalism despite my nasty, vindictive, unprofessional, and downright horrible EX wife’s behavior.I can’t even begin to express my wholehearted gratitude towards everyone at this office. They have been so knowledgeable, supportive, and understanding dispute all of the issues with the sale of my property.I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy or sell their home.

We have worked with Wayne Pinegar for a number of years, and he has helped us so far with 8 transactions both buying and selling since April of 2016. In fact we have just closed on a purchase that took considerable time negotiating inspection items. We originally met with Wayne at an open house he was conducting for another of his clients. We had decided to sell our home on Flintridge and invited Wayne in for his professional advice. We had remodeled the home throughout. Wayne walked through the home and made some suggestions to get the home ready for sale.
