Initially we weren’t even looking to build our next home. My career started in Colorado 40 years ago and we wanted to take a look at The Springs just to confirm that’s where we wanted to move to from out of state. We talked to most of the semi-custom home builders during our initial visit just to see if that was an option. Saddletree had the best lots in the best communities and their reputation among the real estate agents was excellent. We discussed key concepts like energy efficiency, smart features, and the customization process both with Saddletree and their competitors. We’ve owned two SaddleTree homes, and both experiences have been phenomenal. Our first house we bought as a spec and the quality exceeded our expectations. The warranty follow up’s were always attended to in a timely & professional manner. We are currently building a house with them and between design process, pestering questions here and there during the build, and the entire SaddleTree team has just blown us away with their integrity, transparency, flexibility, and thoughtfulness. Lisa and I have worked on several projects with the owners of Saddle tree homes. They have always gone the extra mile to over deliver. They work hard to give you that custom experience on a less than custom budget. Getting harder to find in Colorado Springs with costs skyrocketing. Thank you Kelley.
