New Homes Colorado Springs

Working with Maria has been a Godsend!! We were struggling with getting our house rented in the middle of winter but it only took Real Property 2 weeks to find a tenant for us. Thank you Maria!!

Renting with Alliance has been great experience so far. We are in year one of our rental and have great, responsive service. Pre-move in they were accommodating to our situation. Throughout the year we’ve had minimal issues with the house. However, when we did have a maintenance issue they came the very next day. Additionally, we just had our yearly walk through with Ashley. She was a delight! Very friendly and personable. I let her know that the fence was damaged from a wind storm recently. The day after the walk through she had someone out to fix it. I highly recommend renting through them.

We had a wonderful experience working with Namati as our realitor, who made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to our questions. Their understanding of the market and attention to detail helped us feel confident in every decision, and their friendly, honest approach made us feel truly supported. Thanks to their hard work and expertise, we found exactly what we were looking for and closed without any issues. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy real estate professional.
