We notified Andrew on a very short notice and tight schedule of a house we wanted to look at. Andrew made time for us and we wound up purchasing that very house. Very grateful for him accommodating us on such short notice.Andrew also provided sound advice of things that we didn't previously consider. Would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a home in El Paso County.

Andrew is the best realtor in Colorado Springs. Here’s why…...1) He is very good at understanding and navigating the housing market, no matter if it is a buyers or seller’s market. He helped us buy an amazing house using a creative strategy; we got the house before anyone else saw it for less than it would’ve been if they had opened it up to be shown.
