Higher Ground Real Estate

I have had the pleasure of working with Joe on several occasions. He helped me buy my first house, then helped me sell it for second, and we’re currently on the market to sell it now too! I work in a family owned business and Joe’s got our family’s business from here on out in Colorado Springs. He’s simply the most talented and wisest realtor you could possibly choose. Plus, he’s always a joy to talk to and never minds all the questions that come up when you’re buying or selling a house. I’d give him 10 stars if I could since he has always gone above and beyond.

Please look no further for a realtor. If you seek expert advice, consistent follow up and someone well connected in all things home buying please call Joe! We purchased our first home recently and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Joe if you are reading this we will be forever grateful for your guidance.

Joe was such a pleasure to work with. He was patient, thorough and seemed to know just how to structure our offer to make it stand out and be accepted. Fuerthermore, since our purchase, Joe has been a great resource for home improvements! Very professional and very nice! HIghly recommend.
