“I have used M.D. Service Plumbing on three occasions. My calls requesting service have been promptly answered. The technician(s) sent to both my home and the home of my parents were timely, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. Each technician demonstrated a commitment to do their work well. During a recent service call, the technician discovered he did not have the correct part. Even though it was nearing the end of the workday, the technician left to pick up the needed part, returned to install the part, and verified the plumbing accurately worked. Diego, the technician, installed a pressure regulator, reinstalled a popup assembly, secured a hose bib, replaced faucet cartridges, and identified an HVAC water leak. The day was far spent; however, Diego was professional, his work was flawless, impressive, and thorough. I will use M.D. Service Plumbing again and highly recommend you give them a try.
