Ken from MD Service Plumbing, came out to check the water heater, the company is contracted with AO Smith Proline who made the water heater. Ken was able to repair the gas valve, which was under warranty, and communicated before the trip was made to ensure he had all the parts and the repair was completed in a timely manner.
Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain my options to me, and were able to replace my unit the same day. Second time to use them, and will be my go-to company for all water issues.
Another company said we need to replace all of our copper pipes and a valve for $1,800. M.D Service Plumbing came and told us the pipes were fine and that only the valve needed to be replaced. They did the job for $250. Thanks for saving us $1,500 of unnecessary work! They are honest, friendly and did a five star job. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!
