Awesome service. Great initial customer service when I called. Plumber arrived within the hour. Jonathan had a great personality while carrying a calming presence that the job would get done... no worries. Knocked out the drain clog immediately. This is how it's done. Reasonably priced. Thanks Jonathan! Great job!!!
I Found water and fine gravel in my downstairs tub. That freaked me out. I call Leo's about 6-6:30 PM on Thursday and Talked to Miranda, since I wanted to be present for the work we made arrangements for a tech to come to the house between 2 and 6 on Friday to get a camera in the sewer to find the problem. .They called me at 2 and told me they were on the way, (WOW!) I pulled into my driveway at 2:50. I asked Chad, where do we start?He replied "we're already done". WHAT???He showed me the clump from my pipes outside cleanout, then basically told me that the camera wasn't necessary and would just be an expense that wasn't really justified.I was absolutely ready to give...read full review
Excellent service, they were quick to respond, great customer service. Best part they didn't have any hidden fees. They gave me a price up front for the job and didn't have a fee just for showing up. I will use them from now on. Closest I've seen in a long time to old school business practices of reliability and integrity.
