Phenomenal service. Since the beginning they were very upfront about pricing no gimmicks or surprises with pricing! It was also way more affordable then what a popular big box retailer was charging me for a water heater replacement ! Ace is straighforward and all business and I like that. Kevin and Tom arrived on time and pulled out the old broken water filtration system giving my wife and I problems. Ace and I have had several conversations about a previously purchased Rheem water heater and a gas line and pilot light issue. resolved quickly and over the phone with ACE on a Sunday evening. There is a reason WHPs have a 5.0 rating. WHP continues to earn that rating and deserves that rating.
