Great weekend service when our hot water heater went out on a saturday morning. My technician, Devon, was kind, curtious and professional throughout the process. Although they could have charged us whatever they wanted, they were priced appropriately and didn't take advantage of the situation. I had used them once before and will be using them again.
Devon and his colleague from Bill’s Plumbing were absolutely awesome! While replacing my bathroom floor, I discovered the previous owners had cut corners—the toilet was sitting an inch above the floor, propped up on wood shims, with visible water stains.
Bill’s Plumbing sent Devon out for an on-site estimate. They removed the toilet, secured the ring, and let me finish laying my LVP flooring before coming back to complete the job. A week later, they returned and leveled the toilet perfectly.
