All the technicians that have provided either the air conditioning or heater maintenance is top notch and considerate. We have had them come to Mom's property and mine for nearly 8 years. “Very happy with High Altitude's service. Our furnace failed on a cold January morning. High Altitude was responsive and had a technician here 1st thing. The tech was fast and efficient in diagnosing and resolving the issue. He also did a few safety checks, tuned the blower speed, and adjusted gas intake pressure. Very reasonable fee.“

“Mathews Metro heating and cooling for many years for my furnace needs, and they have always did an excellent job. The last time they identified that the gas valve what is operational, but the adjustment screw was not working and said the temperature was running high and could be a hazard for CO2 poisoning. They did give me a good discount for the part and service, but in the end they were not able able to find a gas valve for my furnace, leaving me to find another resolution for the problem. I guess you could say it is good for them to know themselves, seek self-improvement, and more distribution centers for quality parts. They did promptly refund my payment, and email me a picture of a bracket containing the information concerning my furnace. It would have been just as good to send out a technician for a second time and ensure that everything was safe, and determine if a gas valve was critically needed, and if there was any serious potential for CO2 poisoning buy inspecting the heat exchange, and identifying that there is a a safety switch to shut down the furnace in case the exchange was cracked or damaged. Things to look out for, such as, the heater doing short runs turning on and off, until they could find a replacement part.“

“I recently had my furnace and water heater replaced by Comfort By Design. Initially Joe came out to my house in extremely rural Colorado to take a look at existing components and work up a price. He was personable and professional, demonstrating exemplary customer service. The price he gave to replace the existing equipment with state-of-the-art high efficiency equipment was lower than any other competitor's estimate and was too hard to pass up. He scheduled the work just two business days from his visit.

Jeremy and Mike came out promptly as scheduled and began the work. These guys took professionalism, courtesy and customer service to a whole new level. They were friendly and hard working from start to finish. They treated my wife, myself and our home with the utmost respect. Despite a few obstacles, they pushed through and completed all of the work in one day without complaint, displaying craftsmanship and a work ethic that is rarely seen these days.

I have had issues with my AC cooling properly for years and frankly, they are the fourth company to have looked at my AC system, and the only one to have offered a reasonable and affordable solution to my problems.
