Jake was friendly, on time, and super professional! Went above and beyond in taking great care of the whole furnace room on a routine maintenance check up. Arrived promptly at the start of the service window, plus messaged 20 minutes before arriving. Would recommend!

I love the upfront pricing! No gimmicks or on-the-spot charges. Josh did a thorough job, walked me through what he was doing, and explained what problems to look for. I’m completely happy with his work! His team called me earlier this week to confirm the services and charges. Very professional and pleasant. Bonus: I love Solid Rock’s statement of faith on their website. I had to look no further when I saw that. We will continue to use them in the future!
