“I can’t thank Chem-Dry of Colorado Springs Enough! We walked into our newly purchased home just before 3pm to the overwhelming smell of urine that was not present on walkthrough. Our possessions are scheduled to be delivered at 7:30 am tomorrow. I called Chem Dry based on a recommendation from our realtor and they quickly came to the property to ensure the entire home was cleaned prior to the delivery of our furniture. Urine spots were repeatedly treated and the smell is gone along with the stains.
