This was the 2nd time we used Bluefrog Plumbing & Drain services and it was the 2nd time we were totally satisfied. Our tech Jason B was timely, courteous, professional, knowledgeable & efficient. The cost was preferable and worth it.
Extremely satisfied with the my entire experience with Bluefrog! Fair pricing, very respectful team. The team takes a lot of pride in their work and how they treat your home. We ran into an unexpected challenge and Ryan and team took the time to review the challenge with me and offered options to solve. Pricing was fair and very transparent. I would absolutely recommend Bluefrog to anyone needing plumbing or drain repairs!
I called on a Friday due to water coming into the unfinished basement when we turned on the hose spiget on patio. Apparently, something had burst in the cold winter. It was so easy to schedule on-line for their first available which was Monday. Then, I received a call that they could come same day which was amazing. They showed up, fixed the issue and it was done professionally and quickly.
