Tico HVAC was incredible from start to finish! From the communication early on to the quality and execution of their work, everything was excellent.

They came out to check on my AC, which wasn’t cooling properly. They spent less time on-site than the first company I had come out, who supposedly fixed the issue—but the AC only worked for five days afterward.

The Tico HVAC team was very professional, courteous, and clean. They explained everything they had done before leaving, and the AC was running colder than it had before. Most importantly, it’s still working perfectly!

Installed a heat pump/dual fuel system. Provided an accurate, reasonable estimate. Identied and took care of all the rebate and permit paperwork. Installed the system efficiently over two days. Careful to protect my home. When they were finished, walked me through the different system components and made sure I was set up with the new thermostat and app. Even offered a portable AC unit since my system was off overnight. Would highly recommend!

The team at TICO is excellent! Everyone is kind and helpful. We had an old furnace go out overnight and they were able to come look at it offer options and ultimately get it replaced the next day.
