She is intuitive and kind, and pays attention to what she is doing. I love the personal care I get at BSC, and have developed great relationships there. I highly recommend this practice.“

2760 29th St b1, Boulder“I highly recommend Erica! I started seeing her after committing to my ultra running more seriously. I knew the importance of strengthening for the sport but like many runners it was not my strength (literally haha). I didn’t know where to start but knew that if I wanted to run long distances for a long time I had to make it a priority. Erica was so helpful in assessing, helping me understand where my weaknesses are and taking my goals into consideration. I literally couldn’t do a proper squat before seeing her. Now I have the strength and mobility to squat correctly and exercises in my repertoire that are applicable to my body and to my goal of running well on trails. I learned a lot from her and she was an excellent support. I couldn’t recommend her enough, I think it’s so important / invaluable to find someone skilled who can really personalize exercises / mobility/ etc for your personalized body and goals.“

2706 28th St, Boulder“Bryan is an exceptional physiotherapist. He's extremely knowledgeable and develops a great trusting rapport with patients. He's got an intuitive feel for pain spots. I've struggled with tension headaches on and off for years. My most recent episode had me feeling nauseous. Bryan's treatment plan was very effective - providing immediate short term relief as well as an ongoing maintenance plan to keep my headaches under control. It feels so good to be headache free! I'm now returning to see Bryan for two other unrelated issues to get my body re-tuned to resume my regular fitness routine. Can't speak highly enough of him! Emma at reception is always welcoming and super helpful with scheduling. It’s a pleasure going to this clinic!“

I have always been a bit skeptical about PT/Chiropractics, but Dr.Rodgers is incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to set me on the path of resolving pain and numbness I’d been dealing with for a year within just a few weeks. I’m back to running with no pain again, and Dr. Rodgers and his staff are great to work with, friendly, and helpful.“

She helped me “prehab” my knee and get it stronger before the surgery, which definitely helped me to return to my pre- injury activities much faster, thanks to Sarah’s expertise!
I highly recommend her services to anyone with ortho, sport and chronic injuries!“

Tim not only helped with the injury itself but the surrounding muscles and tendons leading to the discomfort. All while throughly explaining the ins and out of how the body works all together. Very knowledgable, friendly, and professional!“

2299 Pearl St STE 200, Boulder“I had gotten some PT here back in 2022 and just recently received a bill from them for some co-payments that I was pretty sure I paid at the time. Since it had been over 2 years since the service, my credit card company also would not let me look back at my transactions from that long ago, so Katie helped me out a lot and I'm very grateful.“

2090 Pearl St, Boulder“I reached out to Kim after a severe lower back trauma that also involved my sciatic nerve, and I am glad I did. In each session, Kim analyzed thoroughly my health condition and recovery progress, provided a detailed explanation on the root causes of my physical problems and how to address them, and trained me on how to get the best out of the exercise program that she prescribed me. She always followed up after each session and offered me additional out-of-session treatments at no cost. On top of being deeply knowledgeable, she is also a truly kind and empathetic person that clearly cares about her clients. After sticking rigorously to the exercise programs that she gave me, I was able to walk out of her studio pain free in only one month. She is a great physical therapist, and I strongly recommend her to anyone struggling with physical pain.“

At the beginning of the shutdown last year, I couldn't find the motivation to workout. So, I went to future proof to see what they were all about. I quickly realized they were the real deal. Forest helped me identify what I wanted to accomplish: flexibility, strength and endurance. Through his structured program, I have been making awesome progress. I would recommend Forest & Future Proof to anyone looking for motivation to get stronger and improve your heatlh!“

842 Laurel Ave, Boulder“Well, it has been about four years since I received two of the best manual therapy sessions of my life. I saw Maureen for a total of four, maybe five sessions, but the first two were incredible. Both times, Maureen gently and knowingly manipulated parts of my face and skull, as well as other parts of my body. After the first session, it felt as if the concussions I had received during high school football were fully wiped away. Like they never happened. In the second session, Maureen released a long held neck and brain trauma that I had from being hanged by the neck (accidentally) at the age of 12. There were no tears, no emotional release, just the sense of immediate balance and physical alignment that occurred immediately after session two. The long held tension in my body from trauma and injury was gone. If you have a chance to see Maureen (or Lark) for a session, I can’t recommend it enough. Maureen’s knowledge of bodywork changed my life. I am now more active than ever. I do tons of activities that I love, am mostly pain free, and couldn’t be happier.“

She has given me specific workouts that I have been using for the last several months through the app. It's been invaluable. I didn't think my knee would get back to where it was pre-accident but it truly has. Thank you Ally!“

“Ashley is a quiet, clear, peaceful and effective trainer of people and their bodies. ¦her #1 skill might be her incredible listening to clients to bring forth what they need. Her #1a skill might be her incredibly patient & perceptive observation of their bodies as they go through their paces, adjustments sometimes big and sometimes subtle - I amaze at how her slight alterations of my form translate into me finally 'getting it', finally understanding what to do in the gym when sheâs not there. Her #1aa skill might be her coming to understand the mentality & emotional tendency of her clients, so that she might tailor her overall way of being with them, to find out what the keys are to having their head & heart in the game Thank you Ashley. What you have given me over these past months! Drew Coburn....... PS How smart the Pace West Management team to hire someone who can assure a patient's investment in PT is solidified in regular training of their body's afterward.“
