Trevor Pace has given me my life back. Thanks to his expertise I can now be more active, building up my strength and enjoying the activities I used to. He looked into what was causing the pain functionally and worked hands on to loosen and adjust areas, gave me exercises to strengthen muscles that were weak and taped joints to support them while I increased muscle strength to support them. This group of professionals go the extra mile to get to the root of the problem.

Erin is the best PT i've had, I'm so happy I came here for my hip issues. I had about 5 different PTs last year in California, and none were as informed on anatomy as Erin has been. Plus, my hip pain has actually disappeared after a couple months of doing the exercises/stretches Erin recommended! I am so pleasently surprised. Erin has a wealth of information and really knows the body/muscles/joints. Highly recommend her for your healing needs!
