Later learning it was an ACL tear was hard but Jenny and the other PTs at Cascade walked me through the next stages and ensured me they would be there for all of them. Through Pre surgery PT to get me ready, to being there one day post op, and now 7 weeks post op - the Cascade team gives me confidence & the tools to get back to all of the things I love to do. I can’t recommend this clinic enough for your physical therapy. Every therapist is knowledgeable, kind, and makes you feel at ease.“

2594 S Lewis Way Unit D, Lakewood“I simply do not have enough kind words or expressions of gratitude for Dr. Brit and her practice/expertise.
I have been a runner for years, starting in high school with 5k-s, and working my way up to full marathons. I've always struggled with knee and hip pain and the threat of having to stop my running goals earlier than I would ever want to. I learned to manage by taking long breaks after big runs, but this was not ideal for training and the breaks seemed to grow longer and longer as the pain continued to increase. I had X-Rays, MRIs, various physical therapists, acupuncture, braces, nothing seemed to work.
I begrudgingly went to Dr. Brit's practice at the encouragement of my sister-in-law. I think I was feeling that I had already tried everything and what was the point of yet another specialist? The feedback and guidance I received at the first session was clearly different from the pages of home exercises I had received in the past. Dr. Brit's approach is grounded, realistic, do-able, and comes with her quick wit and personal experience in sports and sports injury. She is detail oriented, takes her time, and clearly enjoys the work she does. It didn't take long before she realized that my history of pain stemmed from a height imbalance and encouraged me to start wearing a lift.
Game changer...my last marathon was painless. Pain. Less.
So many specialists over the years prescribed so many different remedies. It took Dr. Brit's dedication to her field and her patients, a few sessions, and a $3 lift from Amazon to bring my love of running back for years to come. I owe so much to Dr. Brit and obviously would recommend her to ANYONE who is in need of PT or a chiropractor. Dr. B for the win!!!!“

“Less fluff, more effectiveness. If you don’t care much about a spa experience and want someone who knows what they are doing, make an appointment. Ideal for athletes and the chronically injured.“

13655 W Jewell Ave Suite 201, Lakewood“Dr. Britt is the best chiropractor in Denver. 5⭐ for Dr Britt and all the admin staff! They helped me recover from multiple traumatic injuries and severe nerve damage from a viral infection. I would go every week if this office accepted insurance, but they don't.
I keep trying other chiropractic care in Denver via insurance because I don't have enough money to pay out of pocket all the time. None of them compare to the help I've received from Dr. Britt. I've been seeking chiropractic care for over 20 years living in multiple cities, and Dr. Britt is 1 of the 2 best I've ever met to help me recover from injuries and maintain better mobility. I'm happy I found them via a recommendation a few years ago! Thank you !
I once paid for a sports massage from Tamara. That was a bad decision because it was one of the worst most useless massage sessions I've ever had. They talked the entire time and barely did anything. I kept asking for more pressure, more areas, but it didn't matter. Nothing changed. I wanted to start complaining and walk out, but that's a really uncomfortable situation to be in when you're naked on a table so I said nothing... Maybe they had a bad day, but it was a waste of time and money. When someone doesn't have a lot of money and they pay for expensive care that is useless, it really sucks. Then they asked if I wanted to tip.. Awkward. It's unfortunate that certain professions like masseuses regularly ask for tips. While others, like chiropractors who might help you more, don't because it's not socially acceptable. I'd tip Dr. Britt each time if I could afford it (and if they asked for it) but I wish I never paid for that massage.“

963 S Kipling Pkwy, Lakewood“This was the review I wrote in late October 2024: I’m coming up on two weeks of rehab on my new knee, that got off to a rough start UNTIL my PT from Acaria, Amy Kerrigan, showed up on my second day home and took charge. On the third day, her colleague Tammy Martin , OT, arrived, and together they got me up and moving safely and comfortably first around the house and then around the neighborhood with a cane.
The team from Acaria was a lifesaver; we were overwhelmed with the medication and rehab schedule and navigating daytime oxygen needs. They came in , took control and helped organize everything, even monitoring the condition of the knee and communicating with photos and emails with my orthopedist over concerns about swelling and color of the knee.
Tomorrow I confidently start outpatient PT , grateful for the headstart Amy and Tammy gave me. I’d recommend ANY knee or hip replacement patient ask their surgeon for a referral to Acaria Home Care.“

12596 W Bayaud Ave #350, Lakewood“I was 8 minutes late for my first injections and was made to reschedule the same day at 2pm. I arrived at 1:45 and sat until 3pm when I was called into the back. I expressed that i was sorry for being late but could they please see me because I had another appointment that day and was in terrible pain. I was told that if I wanted to be seen, I had to come back. So I did, and waited. When I was brought in the back room I wasn't in the mood for conversation and expressed this, but I guess bc I didn't want to talk to anyone, I was being rude. Today I arrive at 10:39 for a 10:45 appointment. I asked about the procedure and meds and was told "I told you last time you needed to come 30 minutes before your appointment time if you want sedation." (No, you didn't. You told me that if I'm late you guys reserve the right to reschedule me, but cool story) And then she went in the back and told her co workers I was being rude. When the nurse came and got me to bring me back, she gave me a cup to pee in for a pregnancy test. Last week I used a bathroom in the back and now they wanted me to use a restroom in the lobby. I was confused since I used a bathroom in the back last week when I peed. Still, I took the cup and went to the public restrooms in the main hall. When I came back I didn't know where to put the pee cup or where I needed to physically go as there are multiple patient rooms/areas so I stood waiting for direction and then the manager of the place raised her voice at me and said that I was being rude. I asked her multiple times what I did to deserve this treatment. She said I came in their with an attitude. My attitude. Maybe some people are autistic and don't always pick up on social cues. God forbid someone is quiet or looking to them, the employees, for direction and that gets misconstrued. Cool. You guys need training in working with those who have autisim and/or are nerodivergent. You guys discriminated against me. They said they weren't dealing with me and refused me my injections. Told me I am "so self unaware". I asked to speak with a manager and the woman who initially raised her voice at me said she was the manager. I asked what I did to her and she said my attitude after not responding to me and just looking at me. Awesome work. Not. I ended up apologizing to them for "my attitude" (bc i do understand how any misunderstanding takes 2+ parties, but they absolutely did not take any responsibility for their part.) All I did was look at the workers and stand there holding my piss cup because i didn't get brought back into a room, so i didn't know what room to go to. So me asking for direction and also saying I didn't feel like casual conversation right now during my appointment the previous week calls for this treatment. They offered no help and took no responsibility in how the interaction got so nasty. Like I'm also in a crap ton of pain. Y'all have no empathy and get off on playing God with patients. Cool cool cool. Dr. Crutch offered no assistance. He allowed his team to treat me horribly and discriminate against me. And from the looks of these other reviews, it's been happening long before I walked in those doors. Yall should be ashamed. Claiming you have compassion and empathy when that's the last thing that you guys showed me.“
