The Relache Spa at the Gaylord Rockies is a wonderful spa! I'm so glad I found it!I live in the Denver metro area and go to the spa once per month for massage. The facilities are gorgeous and include a beautiful locker room with many amenities and a relaxing quiet room complete with a large fireplace and private spaces to enjoy before or after a service.The staff including the greeters and locker room attendants are welcoming and helpful, and my massage therapist, Meghan, is simply amazing! Meghan is very knowledgeable about different massage techniques and includes stretching and a focus on breathing to release tight muscles. Relache Spa is an absolute gem! We live in the area, and had not thought to try the spa at the Gaylord. I have to say, it's the best thing on the Gaylord property! The space is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a relaxing spa experience. I was initially concerned with the price, but with all that's included, it was a great special-occasion experience! Go early to enjoy the amenities - we sat in the steam room and relaxed in the lounge before and after our service. The couple's room for massages is worth the additional charge - it's a super nice room. We both did custom massages which included add-ons to personalize the experience. Hi there! I just had an amazing 50-minute custom massage with Megan SHES THE BEST. I had recently suffered a torn ACL and Megan was incredibly knowledgeable about how to target the right areas that needed relief. Her techniques really helped alleviate my pain and I felt so much better after the session.I have to say, the entire staff at the spa was exceptional - everyone was so kind and welcoming. The facility itself is absolutely stunning with top-notch amenities. I was particularly impressed by how fully equipped everything was for people with disabilities.
