“I had never been to this business; prior to yesterday. The lady at the desk was friendly, efficient, professional, and very nice to work with. I found the facility to be clean, and the tanning bed I used was in perfect working order. The bulbs were all on and 'hot'. The way you expect and want them to be. The price was very reasonable, and I came away with good color. I was pleased, and felt I got a good value for my money. I will be back.I will add, that compared to another company (Pioneer Hills) nearby; it was nice to find beds that actually all had working bulbs. And compared to another company a bit further away, the price was dramatically better at this location. Two points to consider when choosing a salon...“

“Staff and facility is always nice and clean but I can’t tell you how frustrating it is that the beds that I pay for are always down. ? Now it’s like a common question I ask going down the line of what beds are even working. So sad. Please fix this!! I’d hate to go to somewhere else cause of this constant problem. I know there is other locations but this is why I bought these at this location cause it’s close and convenient.“

“Just got my eyebrows waxed here by Alison (I think was her name!) and she did A. MAZ. ING. I usually get my brows done at EWC but it always feels like a clinical procedure there. Here at Grotto, it felt much more welcoming and inviting. This place is my new go-to for waxing, and when I need a facial I’ll be coming here too!Also- check out this before and after! I cannot get over how good of a job Alison did.“
