“I was at Lux yesterday when a foul mouthed, belligerent customer refused to pay for her services. I heard the customer in an elevated voice saying nasty racial slurs at the staff. I was appalled!in true Lux form everyone who works at Lux was professional, and treated the customer politely. The moment was very tense, and the customer was dealt with in a more than fair manner. The lady doing my nails, returned to finish my manicure, obviously upset, but put on her professional face, and I got the best manicure I have ever received! The customer who left, should have been ashamed of herself, but the professionals at Lux rose above the incident. I’ve been a Lux customer for years, and am continually impressed with the customer service and phenomenal craftsmanship. Thank you again, for my beautiful hands“
