Please bring back the REAL cold plunge. Its not therapeutic to get into swimming pool temp water. I have been going here for 15 years and just in the last couple months the cold plunge is not the same. Change it back. Please.

I loved this place so much! 10/10 Can’t recommend it enough. The facilities were great. FYI Korean saunas (Jjimjilbang) are fully nude, gender segregated bathhouses. If you’re like me and you need a full instruction manual before you try something new, here’s the rundown (for the women’s side):
- Check in and pay at front desk (facilities = NO appointment, services = appointment)
- They’ll give you a locker key with a bracelet and a towel
- Enter the Women’s side and close the door, put your shoes in the shoe lockers before continuing into the main locker room

There are some places where you go to just get away and then there are those places where you go to HEAL. The spa is older and could use updating but it is a wonderful place to receive excellent and caring service! Lily was (by far) one of the best massage therapists that I have ever experienced- so much so- I changed my schedule and received a couple of additional treatments! I will fly back here to see Lily.
