I had a ticket for a body scrub and massage. They were 10mins late and my massage was ended 7mins before my time. That's 17mins , so I am definitely disappointed. It was my first time. My skin was literally rubbed raw so when I was rinses with hot water it burned. My massage was fast and a little pain full but she did have some really good techniques.

This place is my favorite place in Denver! Clean, great service, The 3 spa pools, 2 sauna's a mud room as well as a Crystal room. Amazing I wish I could take it home with me. I purchased a group of 10 visits at a great price. You will love it.

I recently visited Seoul and fell in love with the Jjimjilbang. This place does a great job of creating a similar experience and most importantly is affordable. Don't expect chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. This is a functional experience designed to promote health and relaxation. Accommodations are similar to what you'd find in a local YMCA. The facility is kept clean and well maintained. My only gripe is one of personal preference as both hot saunas are cooler than I prefer. Also the cold plunge is warmer than I like.
