After years of using black box color on my own hair I decided to make the change and get professional hair coloring. Their very knowledgeable stylist (zoe) explained the whole process to me. It does take time to undo years of bad cheap black box color. After a few appointments I have reached my desired caramel color. I love it more than words can say. I will never attempt coloring my own hair again. I will leave it to the professionals! I love their products they smells so good.
