In addition, came up with some mumbo jumbo theory or story about pipe diameter which in fact is not the problem. In conclusion, they charged me $408.25 for a misdiagnosis. This company should not have charged me if they did not know. However, they did issue a refund for the diagnostic fee.“

“The windows are great and I love them. Quality product. Working with the sales team was the most challenging part of the whole thing. They wouldn’t call back and I had to escalate issues and was then disappointed with the managers handling of the issue. Part of my order was covered by insurance and some windows I paid for. I had to submit an itemized receipt to my insurance and they wouldn’t give it to me. They made it very difficult. The installers were also awesome. “It is getting harder and harder to find someone who works with boilers so I was pleased to find Yurli to perform a routine pre-season inspection. Yurli did a cleaning of my boiler that no one has done previously. He cleaned the transfer coils of my Triangle boiler. The amount of "soot" that had accumulated was amazing. I hope/suspect that this cleansing will mean a more efficient /cost saving operation when winter cold sets in.“
