“This company (Allen) charged me $320.25 and $89.00 dispatch and diagnostic fee, totaling to $408.25 to tell me they don't know what is wrong with my water heater. In addition, came up with some mumbo jumbo theory or story about pipe diameter which in fact is not the problem. In conclusion, they charged me $408.25 for a misdiagnosis. This company should not have charged me if they did not know. However, they did issue a refund for the diagnostic fee.“

“As an owner of a rental property, I am so happy to have hired Aether Mechanical to replace our aging furnace at our duplex. I had solicited three bids by the time a friend recommended them.
