I called Grand Home Services after having had another company out that said my R22 system was a bit low on refrigerant, and I should start saving for a new system (~$8-10K). After the first company came out and did hardly anything, didn't even look at the system in the basement, Brian came out and did a thorough review of my system outside and in the basement. Brian was so thorough, he explained things very thoroughly, and he charged less than the first company that merely hosed down my compressor and told me to start planning for a new compressor.
