“Well I just meet with Vince at my home for an estimate, I called him a couple days before and left a message stating that I was looking for a bid on a new roof. He called today at 2:30pm asked if he could come by in an hour and he was here within the hour !!! His bid was the best by far and he seamed very knowledgeable, we will be putting 10% down tomorrow so he and his crew can start work as soon as possible:) I will update after the work is finished !! Well I signed the contract and work began about 6 weeks later right on time with what I was told !!! The job only took 3 days total !!! Everyday the yard was clear of trash and nothing was left behind !!! My house is on the smaller side 1300sq ft but I was so happy the crews worked hard and fast to get the job done !!! I am really happy cuz I have heard horror stories of contractors :-/ I have recommended them already and will continue!!!“

“December 2023 we had a flood in our kitchen. The kitchen was torn apart and the cabinets under the sink had to be replaced. We wanted to keep the cabinet doors which matched the rest of the kitchen and hopefully do the restoration without replacing the granite counter top. Gary came out and took measurements and approximately two weeks later, Brian and Skip arrived with the new cabinets and reinstalled the original doors. You would never know there had been a major flood in our kitchen. The restoration was absolutely perfect in every way and the whole experience was top notch! I would highly recommend this company. “Chris and RBC were amazing. The issues with ordering from Lowe's were problematic, however, RBC being their installation crew saved the day. All ran smoothly once RBC stepped in. They are super dialed in and have great systems in place for customer care. I appreciated the attention to detail they invested when looking over our items upon receipt. I felt like they had our backs in looking for any imperfections. They were like family working at our home for several days. Chris addressed issues that were not part of his scope to go the extra mile to make sure I felt supported. He responded to communication within an hour and had a plan in place for the one week he was on vacation. This company is top-notch. Two minor issues that need to be resolved and of course he has already agreed to come up and look at re-aligning a drawer and cabinet front. I would order from Lowe's again, only with this team in place.“
