We had a very mediocre wooden patio cover that had to be reroofed several times due to the harsh weather here in Lake Elsinore. When it came time to reroof again we opted to go with Alumawood. We contacted several contractors and told them what we wanted. We were told it could not be done by all of them except one. We originally had 4 pillar supports on a 29ft patio cover that was about 8 ft high. It covered our patio but we also wanted to include the BBQ Island. The BBQ Island is right outside of my sunroom where I have all of my plants. I had an excellent experience with SAE Builders. Scott replaced my French door with a single standard door, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. From the initial quote, Scott was extremely respectful, took the time to listen to what I wanted, and provided multiple options that would work well for the project. His communication before and during the work was outstanding, he always arrived when he said he would, and he cleaned up daily.
