“I've been wearing glasses since I was a child. To me, IQ Optical is one of the best places. I discovered them a year ago, and so far, I've had two vision exams there, and I purchased four glasses which I like very much. They offer excellent service, good prices, and decent frames. What I find striking is their attitudes and the way the procedures are carried out. They work in an unhurried manner but they won't waste a minute of your time or theirs. When they are with you, they are a hundred per cent with you, no distractions. Usually, I feel nervous during vision exams, but not with them. The first time I was examined by Jennifer Bui, DO, and then by a new optometrist whose name I don't know. In both cases Linda assisted them. I admired their perfect teamwork. They examined me very carefully; the instructions and the questions were clear. They explained what was better for me, and they listened They were patient, attentive, and supportive. It was such a pleasure to be helped by competent and dedicated people. Linda also helped me choose the frames. She is such a sweet person. My glasses were ready in a day or two after the vision exams. Based on my experience with I Q, I am now their loyal customer, and I will strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a new prescription and new glasses.“
“I broke my glasses this morning and had to get them fixed or replaced immediately to begin to study for my test tomorrow. It was pretty late; I think it was around 6 PM, and no other optical store but this one was open. I was all over the place, panicking and worrying that the replacement was going to take a few days or weeks to finish, but luckily, this place had my new glasses ready within an hour of ordering them. The worker there was very patient with me, gave me suggestions of what looked good on me, and provided clear instructions -- so overall, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that is in need of new glasses. It was $430 total, about $200 for the frame and $200 for the lense.“
“Gary put in transition lenses for me into a new pair of frames I bought. After a few days of indecisiveness, I ended up buying the same frames but a tad bit smaller.(46mm v 44mm) Without wanting to waste these lenses, who do I call? That's right, Gary. Ghostbusters have nothing on this man! He was able to cut down the lenses and transfer them into the other frame within a couple hours. Mind you, I'm a new customer and he's been treating me like a family member. Even answered the phone on a day he was closed. I'm happy to have found a gentleman like Gary for any of my optical needs.“

“Michael C is a mensch!! My glass frames were broken and I tried a few spots, all shut me down. Especially the big frame place. Sunglass hut NO HELP, go to Lens Crafters. Lens crafters. Now way, you need to buy new glasses with a new lenses. $800 min. Michael went out of his way, got my same frames and popped in the old lenses which work perfectly. Saved me $600! “Highly recommend! My wife and I came here to get our eyes tested and buy new glasses. Dr. Cooper and her staff could not be any nicer or more professional. And in addition to the office being clean and in a great location, they have all the latest tech. We did not have to get our eyes dilated. Instead they have an eye scan which is painless, quick and easy - and it's very cool to see up close the digital photos of your eyes. They stock a very nice collection of glasses too - we got some really cool ones.“

“It's rare for me to visit Walmart, however it was a weekend and I had just sat on my beloved sunglasses! I called around a bit and reached a very nice gentleman at this Walmart Vision Center named Juan. He said bring them on over and he'll take a look and see if he can repair them. I met with him, and then maybe 15-20 minutes later, after walking around the store I came back and he had finished repairing them and was polishing them. I have to say the customer service & expertise by Juan in particular, was absolutely top notch, and I thank him profusely for fixing my sunglasses!“
