I’ve gone to Lisa, the manager, for years. She is the Best! She is so knowledgable and very helpful. I really trust her opinion and she helps me pick out really pretty sunglasses and glasses. She also tries to get the best price for me. I will always go to her and if she’s not there, I wait for her to come back. You will love her! The entire staff is very friendly. They also have a large selection of reasonably riced frames.
Lisa Ross and her crew are absolutely amazing. They were incredibly knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful! Been coming to Target in Westlake specifically for the treatment we receive from this amazing group of people! In the many years we have been coming here, we’ve always been taken care of and love what we purchase with their huge variety of frames!
During my visit Ms Ross was amazing! Alone she handled every detail ordering my prescriptions as well as managing multiple other customers in the department! If you look up fantastic in the thesaurus that is the experience you will have! Thank you very much!
