We were in and out in 25 minutes. The doctor was extremely efficient, while also making it a point to put my 10 year old at ease with funny jokes and clear instructions. All of the staff were very kind and knowledgeable, prices were below what I was expecting. All in all, very happy and will be bringing my family back!
I had an emergency and they got me in right away. A couple years ago, I had another emergency (something flew into my eye) and Dr Freeland met me at his office on a SATURDAY when the offices were closed, not to mention it was the same weekend as they wer moving his office in Simi Valley. Dr Freeland goes above and beyond for his patients. Ill never go anywhere else!
Staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They help me make educated decisions regarding my eyewear. Dr. Freeland makes me feel heard and understood regarding my eye exam and he cares about my eye health. He takes the time to explain test results and isn’t afraid to get a little “creative” to help keep me from wearing readers with my contact lenses.
