“I got my iud (paragard) placed here in 2021 removed it in 2024 to have a baby and then placed again after baby in 2025. I have also gotten a few Pap smears and an sti check here and all the staff is always very friendly. I always feel comfortable as they talk you through every step during any procedure. I always set an appointment and am out within an hour at most, usually 30-40 minutes.“

My office experience was flawless, quick and efficient, nice staff and nurses. Dr. Yip was very kind and explained my concerns and gave me advice what to do if anything occurs again. “This post is strictly for Dr.Steinberg, my mom and I have been his patients for over ten years. He is thorough, and makes sure all my questions are answered and referrals are made. He calls me personally to go over any lab results, and follows up with me about my care at specialists. If it wasn't for him I would have not received medication for my autoimmune disease ( which is not covered under medical/ insurance). I would say the wait time has tremendously improved. I expect wait times to be long because he serves a big population, if you have medical you know there is usually a wait. My wait time went from 2hrs to about 40minutes. I will tell you, he is worth the wait. As far as office staff, I have seen many come and go, and these ladies work hard, sometimes only one girl is there. I have never had any problems with them. Overall, I keep coming back for Dr. Steinberg. He truly cares about his patients, and is always trying to improve customer service.“

“They take care of us well. They take a little long to take care of people but it is not much. They have a waiting room and put tvs so you can be entertained while you are waiting.“

Doctor was actually very sweet and explained things to me that other doctors never told me. The front desk was also very nice to me. Wait time was only 10 minutes for me. My appointment was at 1 and by 1:45, I was walking out the door.“
