I had a great experience from front desk staff , Natalie, Marine , Barbara, Alvina & Dr.Kevorkian.I live in Burbank but the drive to Eagle Rock is worth it and recommend this place. 10/10
The doctors I've seen there have all been great. The front office however, is one of the most disorganized, poorly ran, inept groups of employees ever assembled. It's like whatever the opposite of the Avengers is, but for clerical work and basic follow-through.
