“I thought when I started coming here I was gonna wait for a long time but that doesn't really happen unless you make appts later in the day. I usually do morning appts. Of course there is some sort of wait it's a doctors office. I will say the office is small so it can be packed pretty quickly and not having a seat on a hot day and being super pregnant kind of sucks. They have a lot of patients so the doctors visits can be pretty impersonal. I've never had a problem with them cancelling on me. They always remind me of my appt. And if I need to reschedule they always have the time. They've gone above and beyond to give me every test and every specialist to make sure my pregnancy has gone smoothly so I'm thankful for that. They are pretty thorough in that sense. So far things have been positive.“

“This has been by far the best expo with any Dr. I’ve ever had. Dr. Is caring and realistic about treatment and is always discussing my best interest when it comes to my health. He is very clear about options and costs. I went into this Dr. for a condition I that was not getting better, that I had already seen 4+ Dr.’s for with no resolve. Dr. was able to diagnose and assist me with treating my condition. I am forever grateful! The office staff is super friendly and professional.“
“Dr. Wu and Dr. Qiu are the ELITES in Chinese medicine. They are experts in eastern AND western practice and can combine the both to give you the best result. They are both professors, researchers who used to lead groups of doctors in hospitals in Guangzhou. They spend a long time talking to you, checking ur pulse, and write down every single herb that u need. And spend time preparing them in the perfect ratio for you. The deep knowledge they have for medicine is beyond my imagination. I instantly feel the difference after taking the medicine from them. And there's no withdrawal when I stopped the med.I've been seeing dr Wu for years. She helped me through pregnancy, anxiety, skin problem, and stomach issues. She always try to fix my problem in a shorter period of time so I don't get attached to medicine too much. She's so nice and patient, I broke down a couple times in front of her due to stress and stomach issues, but she always listened, and taught me how to deal with my issues, i always felt like shes my second mom when I talked to her.I don't really write Yelp reviews even if i like a place or a restaurant, please excuse my poor grammar. I don't really know why I'm leaving this review since they don't even care about Yelp reviews. Their reputation is just there. They love what they do and their patients just keep going back. I don't know when they will retire, but I want to leave my experience here to honor them.“

“This is an amazing resource for women’s health care!! The staff was so incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The wait was surprisingly short and they don’t overbook so the lobby is very calm. I recommend this clinic for people from all economic backgrounds. I didn’t have insurance and they submitted an emergency mediCal request so the entire visit was covered. This will be my go-to from now on“

“I have been with Via care East Los Angeles since 2016 and have received quality , professional and courteous service. I do however want to recognize a specific person who definitely stands out. her name is Rebecca and she is currently located at the 280 S Atlantic Blvd. site. She is my Medical case worker. Ms. Rebecca and have gotten to know each other very well as she has been in my life professional for almost 2 years. When I need a medically related service she is always attentive and responsive with solutions and a positive and professional response. Ms. Rebecca was very helpful during my past experience of being homeless and living between shelters and the streets, providing me with food items which were non perishable, gift cards to purchase personal needs and hygiene kits. THANK YOU MS. REBECCA for continuously treating me with care, kindness and support. I am eternally grateful. I no longer live I the streets and have a place to call home .Ms. Rebecca continues to be supportive in the form of transportation assistance to my doctor appts, assistance with making my dr. appts, and researching additional services I need when given referrals for specialty care. Finally i truly appreciate her follow ups and concerns when I am not feeling well. Through all my hospitalizations, covid and surgeries she took the time to check in on me. We took our new born for his check ups and we could not be more satisfied. “Dr. Bayrak had been recommended by several friends - And I myself cannot recommend Dr. Bayrak enough. I suffered from severe stage IV endometriosis and had just recovered from surgery when we began our first round with Dr. Bayrak. Due to the nature of the endometriosis my ovaries had a difficult time responding to the standard ivf protocol and our first egg retrieval was not a success. We immediately went into a second round where Dr. Bayrak completely changed the protocol to adapt to how my body had responded in the first round. He changed the medication approach and monitored the process very closely. The results were incredible which led to a successful embryo transfer of our healthy baby girl we just delivered in January. I have no doubt Dr. Bayrak's knowledge , hands on approach and attention detail is the reason we became pregnant.“
“I had the opportunity to work at this facility for a week while I completed my phlebotomy externship. The stuff was all so nice and welcoming. They helped me with anything I needed and they all were so encouraging, uplifting, and friendly. I witnessed everyone first hand work with patients and I was so impressed at how fast and efficient they were with everyone. They not only build personal relationships with their patients but they genuinely cared about their heath and well being. They patients would come in daily excited to see all the staff and they would all engage in conversations like no time had passed since their pervious appointment. Everyone worked so well together as well. They communicated constantly making sure their patients were getting the best care and making sure all their needs were being met. Even during the busy rush of the mornings, everyone seemed to stay on task and get all their patients out in a timely manner. The overall workspace moral was top tier in my book. I have absolutely no complaints. It was a pleasure to work with everyone in this office. Thank you everyone for all your guidance and words of encouragement for the future. Special thanks to Fernando, I worked side by side with him in the lab and he help me perfect my technique as a phlebotomist. I'm definitely ready to enter into the field with confidence knowing I had a great mentor.“

“Best doctors ever Mr. Kpaduwa delivered my two premature babies and my third one I had gestational diabetes. Wouldn't go anywhere else any other doctor would have said C-section for my premies but this dr understood heard me and developed the best plan of care for a safe quick regular delivery. My babies then received exceptional care by Mrs. Kpaduwa who continues to provide us with the best care. She is thorough and always gets the infections under control even after going to the hospital and them not getting it right. Thank you both for the high level of care. Annie is also the best always listens and goes through every question thoroughly. The ladies Anita and the rest of the nursing staff are also a pleasure. I am glad this office takes I'm walk ins makes it easier to get your children good quality care than to take them to urgent care and waste your money.
