I received a call from a number with no caller ID to tell me that the appointment I made four months in advance would have to be cancelled and rescheduled to an appointment another month later than my original appointment. When I expressed my frustration, I was told she was doing me a favor by being offered that new appointment. Extremely unprofessional office and employees. I would never spend my money at an establishment that conducts business in this way. I’m very disappointed with the interaction over the phone and the lack of professionalism.

Waited over 3 months for an appointment for an ovarian cyst giving me extreme pain. I waited two hours past my appointment time. Her office is incredibly inefficient and she is not professional at all. She recommended pain medication over a cyst removal. Absolutely ridiculous and not helpful, don’t waste your time here!

If you can, DO NOT go to this office. They are impossible to reach and the wait times are crazy. They simply don’t answer the phone and don’t call you back! I am needing important test results from this office for my new doctor and I’m running out of ideas to get them from this office… not only frustrating but potentially harmful and delaying my care.
