My primary care doctor referred me to this office because of sharp pain I was encountering on my ovaries the office reschedule me twice and far away appointments and when I finally got an appointment the receptionist tells me my authorization has been expired it literally took more than 5 months to get a hold of them it’s so sad how this office works I don’t recommend anyone to visit this office. If I can give them 0 stars I would that office needs to have better protocol.
I received a call from a number with no caller ID to tell me that the appointment I made four months in advance would have to be cancelled and rescheduled to an appointment another month later than my original appointment. When I expressed my frustration, I was told she was doing me a favor by being offered that new appointment. Extremely unprofessional office and employees. I would never spend my money at an establishment that conducts business in this way. I’m very disappointed with the interaction over the phone and the lack of professionalism.
Waited over 3 months for an appointment for an ovarian cyst giving me extreme pain. I waited two hours past my appointment time. Her office is incredibly inefficient and she is not professional at all. She recommended pain medication over a cyst removal. Absolutely ridiculous and not helpful, don’t waste your time here!
