Booked my appointment same day . Over the phone , customer service was really good. All you need is ID and medical card . Planned Parenthood offers a variety of services :) . Thankful for the same day service . Didn't have to wait

Every staff member I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. I had been trying for an extremely long time to get my birth control implant replaced with my regular OBGYN but was repeatedly ghosted despite calling frequently, I called PP and they were able to get me in on the very same day (within hours!). I explained to the doctor that I was a little anxious as I can get woozy and it comes to pain and she was a total rockstar about it. She talked to me and kept a conversation going to distract me, reminded me to breathe and explained everything she was going to do before she did it.
