“We worked with Kelly to get nine 50 year old, yellow glass panes in an entrance door replaced with a single pane of Rain Glass. She answered all my questions and gave me a fair price. I asked her, if I were to remove the nine panes of glass, could I get better price. she gave me a discount. I was very excited and then in the process of saving myself a little money, I damaged part of the trim I was suppose to leave in place. The guys showed up, fixed my mistake and did an excellent job replacing the glass. All that's left is paint. (Imagine a black door with that glass!) They were polite, professional and did a thorough clean up when they were finished. It looks like a $1000.00 replacement door.. Thanks for the help...Give them a chance to help with your project.....“

“20 years ago a nice sales rep from koachs windows and doors in san dimas came to my house to give me an estimate for a new patio door and screen. I think John was his name. He convinced me his door was better than the other one I was considering. I have been happy with my door ever since. I only had one problem all these years. Bud and Maricruz came out very quickly to see the project and I was so thankful they were able to do it! I had a nine week deadline and they completely came through and my salon looks absolutely stunning! “This is full service glass shop for your commercial or residential needs.The business is family run and been around for decades and unlike many of their competitors they fabricate frameless shower packages and mirrors in custom sizes from stock sheets of glass in house. I was in need of a custom frameless shower door unit for my bathroom remodel and met with Ziggy who handles the residential department. He coordinates glaziers to measure, fabricate and installs the product. I met with him one time and advised him of what finish of hardware, type of glass and thickness desired. He gave me the options and documented my material request. Ziggy sent two employess out to take final measurements of the opening sizes and the shop proceeded to miter, polish, fabricate hinge notches on the 1/2" starfire glass (low iron) and sent it out for tempering. Within five working days, two glaziers arrived to my residence and installed the three panels of custom fabricated tempered glass. Any other shop would have taken several weeks so the turnaround here was amazing!I'm super happy with the look of the frameless shower unit that Aital Custom Glass fabricated and installed in my master bathroom and highly recommend them!“

“I’m in the middle of a full renovation of a hundred year old house, and have been doing my best to go with period-appropriate trims. I checked out several well-known spots across LA county for sourcing mouldings in addition to AS&D, but I didn’t come across anyone at any of them who knew (or was interested in taking the time to share) about historical craftsman trim to the extent Matthew at AS&D did. He took a big chunk of his time to walk me through the different profiles, materials, and suppliers available, as well as advantages of setting up custom blades vs how to get what I wanted more cost effectively with more readily available options. Everything was recently installed and it looks amazing and fits the house perfectly. Highly recommend.“

“Jerrod Reed from Win-dor in Brea, CA is a MASTER at his trade! He arrived at my home early and was a consummate professional. Our door's latching mechanism had been partially replaced on an earlier appointment and by another technician. The problem wasn't resolved on that visit, so Jerrod assessed the fitment of our door and correctly diagnosed our issue in less than ten minutes--wasn't the mechanism after all. After a few adjustments where he showed me how to make them myself, should I ever need to do so, Jerrod had our door working like new again. He also adjusted our lock to make the partially-replaced mechanism from the previous visit work smoothly while it settles into daily use. What a great visit. Jerrod was personable, friendly, and best of all, competent! That's a rare combination these days, and he's a real asset to Win-dor. Great experience!“

“I requested service from Value Windows for my old leaking windows which were installed falsely a few years ago by an independent contractor.

When I called the comapny they asked me to send an email to their service department with photos of the issue for review. A couple month later, Value sent a couple technician to my place in Orange county. They investigated the issue and came back about a month later with their supervisor. Again spent hours at my place investigating and discussing a few solutions. However, in the end they came to the conclusion that the windows were ordered and installed improperly in the first place and need to be replaced. They assured me that they will take care of the issue with no cost for me. After that, they were in a continuous communication with me regarding the new order configuration, manufacturing and installation process. Finally, they sent their installers to my place a week ago. about 5 people showed up to finish the work... Now the new windows look pretty good. I am hoping there will be no leaking issues again but again they reassured me if any problems I should let them know and they will take care of it.
I have to say that I am very pleased with the Value Windows customer service, their reponsiveness, and reliability. I could never imagine a manufacturer takes reponsiblity for windows that were installed by a third party a few years back with no evidence of warranty. For that reason alone, I highly recommend this company. They take their words and reputation seriously and have very pleasant and responsible personnel to work with.“
