Update... 8/10/22. Milgard windows came and replaced my windows today. They just need to order another one and will have it installed in a couple of weeks. I have piece of mind knowing my parents house and my sisters house will taken care of in the future if needed. I'll add new photos of windows once the other one is installed.

I had a great experience with Joe and his crew. The most reasonable price for my windows. Had two of my living room windows replaced. Joe was very honest with the ETA of the windows.
