We had a great experience working with Dale and his team. We added on a 1 bed 1bath attached ADU/in law suite to our home in Glendora. Dale was transparent about the budget, timeline and permit approval process from day 1, and we are thrilled with the finished product.

Dale and his team of workers are top notch. We heard about Dale and his team through our neighbor who was also very happy with his work. From the first time we talked to Dale, he was honest, and professional, with amazing people skills. We had a basic idea of what we wanted to do with the kitchen remodel and both family and living room, in order to to have an open floorplan. With our basic ideas and his vast experience he came back with a computer drawing of what the possible outcome could be.After talking to several other contractors we agreed to go with B&D Construction. Dale and his crew were awesome. They are the A Team. Dale has 40 years experience in this field and is a pro. He is easy to work with, very professional, honest and knows how to resolve any issues that may come up. For instance, I hired an independent architect to draw the plans for adding a bedroom to our home and enlarge an existing one. Despite the plans having been approved by the County, there were some discrepancies in them. Dale's knowledge and experience quickly kicked in, and resolved the discrepancies.
