All Cities Glass and Screen is a great small family owned business, I had Don and Kelly install 4 windows and a patio slider to a condominium my daughter just purchased. She is on a budget and All Cities Glass really worked with me and daughter on purchasing the windows and slider. They are very comparable in price as the big window companies, but the thing that sold me, was their very caring , honest and attention to detail business like demeanor. The easiest check I have written in the last 5 years. I really appreciated their professionalism and friendliness. They educate you and not try to sell you. I had window sash balances broken for 6 windows. They not only helped me order the right balances but then also came over to install them. This is when they discovered that the windows needed extra TLC beyond just the replacement of balances. They stepped up and got them fixed. I am grateful.

Don, Kelly, and Chris are all very professional. I had two Madison sliders installed and the work was done efficient, clean, and most of all top quality.Don is punctual and he got the job done exactly to my liking. He added finishing touches to the sliders and I was really happy with that.His rates are reasonable and he and Kelly answer any and all questions to let you know the process.
