I went ahead and called Value Windows & Doors Company and asked them to make an appointment with Jay Zhu to come and do an estimate for my full house windows replacement. Jay Zhu came on time....Explained clearly about his Company products and gave me recommendation. Jay Zhu is friendly; polite & efficient. Know and explained his company's products well & clear.I have problems with my house remodeling contractor regarding the timing of the windows installation. Jay called different departments of his company to rearrange the installation date. He did these couple times for me. Every time I called him with questions regarding my order, he would answer either texted or called me right away. He always informed me whats going on with my window installation order.I highly recommend Jay Zhu...He is well deserve the highest 10 points rating...“
“This review is overdue. I had been seeing the advertisement for Ca. Security Screens for a few years now. I did some research looked up other businesses it took me a long time to decide what company to call and then I decided I was ready to go with this company. I called them they came to my home measured the door that was going to be replaced. I knew it was going to take some time because it was a custom made door but I did ask them to please make sure it would be installed before Christmas Day because I was having family over for the holidays. I was so excited the day it was installed and the installer was so professional the door was installed on time my family loved the way it looked. I'm so happy with the outcome it makes such a big difference! I will be calling them in the near future for additional security screens and so will my family. Thank you, Steve and staff“

“This is full service glass shop for your commercial or residential needs.The business is family run and been around for decades and unlike many of their competitors they fabricate frameless shower packages and mirrors in custom sizes from stock sheets of glass in house. I was in need of a custom frameless shower door unit for my bathroom remodel and met with Ziggy who handles the residential department. He coordinates glaziers to measure, fabricate and installs the product. I met with him one time and advised him of what finish of hardware, type of glass and thickness desired. He gave me the options and documented my material request. Ziggy sent two employess out to take final measurements of the opening sizes and the shop proceeded to miter, polish, fabricate hinge notches on the 1/2" starfire glass (low iron) and sent it out for tempering. Within five working days, two glaziers arrived to my residence and installed the three panels of custom fabricated tempered glass. Any other shop would have taken several weeks so the turnaround here was amazing!I'm super happy with the look of the frameless shower unit that Aital Custom Glass fabricated and installed in my master bathroom and highly recommend them!“

“All Cities Glass and Screen is a great small family owned business, I had Don and Kelly install 4 windows and a patio slider to a condominium my daughter just purchased. She is on a budget and All Cities Glass really worked with me and daughter on purchasing the windows and slider. They are very comparable in price as the big window companies, but the thing that sold me, was their very caring , honest and attention to detail business like demeanor. I had 4 estimates from different window companies. I am very happy with their work, they are very quick, clean and professional in their installation. I will use them again for my son's condominium. The man at the front helped me load my vehicle and gave me tips for the install... I paid 133 for my glass replacment. Great deal from this place!!Will do business again!!!
