From their pricing tiers, it would have cost more than coming to this locally owned small business!! This place really saved me because other small businesses were going to charge up to $40 for relatively small glass dimensions I wanted, this business only charged me $20 :)The cutting was included and the guy was nice enough to sand the edges for me for free :)Local vandals break the windows of our small local businesses on Beverly Blvd. We should help keep our small businesses safe and give them more business when we can.I'm glad The big box stores didn't carry my glass size, or I never would have found this awesome window store.“
“This review is overdue. I had been seeing the advertisement for Ca. Security Screens for a few years now. I did some research looked up other businesses it took me a long time to decide what company to call and then I decided I was ready to go with this company. I called them they came to my home measured the door that was going to be replaced. I knew it was going to take some time because it was a custom made door but I did ask them to please make sure it would be installed before Christmas Day because I was having family over for the holidays. I was so excited the day it was installed and the installer was so professional the door was installed on time my family loved the way it looked. I'm so happy with the outcome it makes such a big difference! I will be calling them in the near future for additional security screens and so will my family. Thank you, Steve and staff“

“This might be a little lengthy, but it is worth the read. Rich Door and Window is OUTSTANDING. Would give them more than five stars if I could. We decided to replace all of our windows (13) and sliding glass doors (2) in our home and shopped around various window companies before coming to Rich. They are very pleasant and knowledgeable and were very reasonably priced. They went over each individual window with us to ensure accuracy and code compliance. The order was placed with Milgard, and the delivery was exactly two weeks later. Delivered in good condition and placed inside my garage. If this level of service wasn't enough, we decided at the last minute to add an additional window. Called Rich up on May 30th and picked it up on June 7. Six working days allowed us to stay ahead of our stucco guys.I would strongly recommend Rich Door and Window for any of your window needs. Honest, reliable family run business that delivers! “This is full service glass shop for your commercial or residential needs.The business is family run and been around for decades and unlike many of their competitors they fabricate frameless shower packages and mirrors in custom sizes from stock sheets of glass in house. I was in need of a custom frameless shower door unit for my bathroom remodel and met with Ziggy who handles the residential department. He coordinates glaziers to measure, fabricate and installs the product. I met with him one time and advised him of what finish of hardware, type of glass and thickness desired. He gave me the options and documented my material request. Ziggy sent two employess out to take final measurements of the opening sizes and the shop proceeded to miter, polish, fabricate hinge notches on the 1/2" starfire glass (low iron) and sent it out for tempering. Within five working days, two glaziers arrived to my residence and installed the three panels of custom fabricated tempered glass. Any other shop would have taken several weeks so the turnaround here was amazing!I'm super happy with the look of the frameless shower unit that Aital Custom Glass fabricated and installed in my master bathroom and highly recommend them!“
