I've had all my windows replaced back in 2006. The Win-Dor product has served me well over that time. I recently (2024) had to have two of the double pane inserts replaced due to leakage. Win-Dor tech Tayton came over to evaluate the repair. A couple weeks later, he returned and replace both panes. The service from this company is outstanding, even after all these years. You will be served well by purchasing their products.
