Recently, I had my sliding glass door serviced. It was leaking. Jarred had come out several times. He was awesome. He provided great customer service, and he was able to help me regarding some other issues with my home. Jarred is very knowledgeable, and I feel that Windor is fortunate to have him as a valued employee.

The entire experience was first class--at a significantly discounted price. The salesman who met with all the homeowners at my condo building was most knowledgeable, courteous and very easy to talk with. He even offered ideas on how to save money that I never would have thought of asking.Since I'm the HOA Secretary who coordinated everyone's experience from the initial introduction and costs to the exacting measurements to the installations, the salesman was not only able to give all of us a volume discount, but as the coordinator, he gave me an extra bonus that saved me another $75 just to say "thank you."The next couple of employees were those who took the final measurements,...read full review
