Essence Jiu Jitsu Walnut Creek
“My Kids have been going here for over 4 months and they love it. I just started a month ago and I too love it!!! Vini and team are great at making you comfortable, going at your pace, making sure no one gets hurt and enjoys the experience. They have many options to choose from and try to work with your schedule. I strongly reccommend Essence Jiu Jitsu to anyone looking to get a good workout and come their mind! it is also great for kids, gives them confidence in high pressure enviroment and teaches discipline!”
