My daughter and I both train with Omolu Capoeira Walnut Creek and really love it. Uri and Quokka are both very thoughtful and patient teachers and the classes have a ton of variety to help keep things feeling fresh.
Absolutely delighted that we found this local class! Uri is a great teacher! He has a great way with kids and a fun energy that keeps them entertained. They are learning Capoeira, working out, singing, learning Portuguese & history and culture.
I can't say enough good things about Omulu WC. Great for kids great for adults. Instructor Uri and Graduada Quokka are amazing teachers and work so well with kids. Since my daughter started training here in 2021 it has enriched our lives in so many ways - it's more than just an activity for the kids, it's a community and we love it! Also, beware, if you send your kids to class you'll likely be tempted to try the adult class... you won't be disappointed.
